Creative Solutions
Check out each solution to see if you or someone you know can help
Do you own a rental property? Are you willing to lease it to a refugee family looking for a new start in life? If so, your property could become the launchpad for healing and justice for these families and our community.
Would you consider building an addition or converting a space in your house? Some local municipalities allow homeowners to build Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) on their property.
Would you be able to lend your positive credit score and healthy background check to a newly arrived refugee family through our cosigner program?
Advocacy
Are you a skilled communicator and passionate about bringing equity to our systems? Become an advocate and use your skills to help the marginalized find justice.
Employment
Are you an employer or know someone who is? Employment for the newly arrived is vital and very much a part of securing long-term housing.
Are you in a position to come alongside a refugee family and befriend them? If so, becoming a friendship partner is one of the most impactful ways to help!
Do you, your organization, church, or business own property in the Treasure Valley? Are you interested in using it for short or long-term housing solutions? If so, we want to connect with you!
