LAND

Do you, your organization, church, or business own property in the Treasure Valley? Are you interested in using it for short or long-term housing solutions? If so, we want to connect with you!

There are numerous creative ways a piece of land could be used and developed to benefit the landowner, developer and tenants who might live there.

FAQ's Regarding Utilizing Your Land

What are examples of different ways I could use my land to help with the housing crisis?

  • Take a small parcel of your property and develop an ADU, 2nd house, duplex or pocket neighborhood
  • Donate or give a discount to a larger piece of land (.7 acre+). We will help you design a project that maximizes the number of units, builds great community and fits in the neighborhood.
  • Allow short term RV parking for families in need.

What does this process involve? Grab a consultation with our development partners and we can help you make an impact with your land.

Which partner organization do I work with? How do I start? That depends on the size of the land. Fill out our form and we’ll get you in touch with the right people at LEAP Housing or SCDM Development.

How long would the process last? That will depend on the project. 6-18 months is typical but in some cases can move much faster.
